個人履歷
唐浩哲醫師畢業於長庚大學醫學系，服役後，在基隆及林口長庚紀念醫院完成骨科住院醫師訓練，並取得骨科專科醫師執照。隨後在林口長庚紀念醫院運動醫學骨科接受訓練，並前往德國慕尼黑骨科手術中心醫院 (Orthopädische Chirurgie München) 繼續研修關節鏡微創及重建手術。
唐浩哲醫師目前於長庚紀念醫院及台北中山醫院服務，同時在國立體育大學擔任義診醫師。診療內容聚焦於運動醫學及肩、髖、膝關節鏡微創及重建手術。曾多次受邀於國內外醫學會演講相關主題，並在國內擔任大體手術訓練講師。至今已執行骨科手術超過3000台，包括台灣首例內視鏡近端腿後肌腱縫合、內視鏡髖外展肌腱縫合，基隆長庚醫院首例反轉式人工肩關節置換、肩關節鏡下斜方肌腱轉移、闊背肌腱轉移、肩關節鏡喙突轉移手術、髖關節鏡手術。另有數十篇學術論文發表於國際期刊。
唐浩哲醫師為中華民國骨科醫學會會員、中華民國關節鏡及膝關節醫學會會員、台灣肩肘關節醫學會會員、台灣骨鬆肌少關節防治學會會員、亞太膝關節關節鏡關節重建肩關節及運動醫學學會會員 (APKASS)、亞洲髖關節鏡醫學會會員 (ASHA)、及世界髖關節鏡醫學會會員 (ISHA)。此外，唐浩哲醫師也是國際足球總會 (FIFA) 認證足球隊隊醫。
